Beautiful Apartments in the Mountains

The kitchens in these stunning mountain apartments are seamlessly integrated with the open living spaces, featuring upper and lower cabinets in oak-colored melamine and a modern Silestone countertop in Marengo grey. Each kitchen includes a full set of Balay appliances: refrigerator, oven and microwave in a column, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, and a single-bowl sink with a black faucet.

The bathrooms are designed with textured Saloni porcelain tiles in sandy tones, and the showers have white, textured trays that mimic slate with fixed glass screens. Toilets and sinks are modern Jacob Delafon models, complemented by black TRES faucets and mirrors above the sinks.

Living rooms are equipped with large sliding STRUGAL doors with thermal breaks and double glazing, opening up to impressive panoramic views. Other rooms have tilt-and-turn STRUGAL windows with thermal breaks and double glazing, and the bedrooms feature motorized aluminum shutters.

Throughout the apartments, large Saloni porcelain tiles (90x90cm) in a sandy color are used, along with matching baseboards. The same tiles are used on the terraces and solariums in a non-slip version.

The air conditioning system (hot/cold) is installed through ducts in suspended ceilings, and mechanical ventilation ensures optimal air quality.

The lighting package includes LED lights, Schneider switches in anthracite color, USB charging points in the kitchen and master bedroom, fiber optic, telephone, and TV points in the living room and bedrooms, and terrestrial and satellite antennas.

For energy efficiency, individual heat pumps are installed for hot water production, along with a communal solar panel installation. High levels of wall, roof, and window insulation contribute to an energy rating of „A.”

Outdoor common areas feature a swimming pool, lighting, and a shower, as well as spacious green areas with a drip irrigation system. Each apartment has a designated parking space in the underground garage, with the option to install electric vehicle chargers.
