Rafael Nadal Expands with Luxury Real Estate Projects on Costa del Sol

The second project, planned for Marbella’s Nagüeles area, involves around 40 luxury homes. In total, Nadal and Matutes will invest approximately €200 million in these developments, which will feature top-tier residences with access to five-star hotel services.

Sierra Blanca Estates, Nadal and Matutes’ partner, is renowned for developing luxury properties on Marbella’s Golden Mile, including the Epic project and exclusive villas designed by Karl Lagerfeld. They are also preparing a Dolce & Gabbana-designed complex and luxury apartments in Torre del Río, Malaga.
